The place is well located, 300 meters from São Lucas Station on the 15 silver subway line and two stations on the 2 Green line that gives access to the city's main avenue (Av. Paulista), 15 minutes from the city center. The residence consists of 3 rooms, bedroom/kitchen/bathroom and service area. The Guest will have a copy of the key and can come and go at any time of the day or night. People of all backgrounds are welcome to my residence. (The space is shared with the host) The space I'll be ready to assist in any way I can to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Guest access You will be able to access all the premises and use all the residence's utensils without restriction. Other things to note The use of alcohol or any type of drugs on the premises of the accommodation is not allowed.
