The space The apartment is part of a large late 21st century house. This is a private space with a separate living room and a bedroom with a Super King–size bed, offering complete privacy within a carefully restored historic building. To access the apartment you have to climb a 12-step staircase. Guest access It's a complete and independent apartment. There are no common areas. All the town's amenities are within walking distance, while the setting remains quiet in the Sierra de Huelva. GENERAL BOOKING AND STAY CONDITIONS GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND STAY APARTMENT BENAFIQUE LA CASA DEL CIPRÉS Andalusia Tourism Registration Number (RTA): VUT/HU/05207 Calle Hermanas Reyna 17, 1st floor, Cortegana (Huelva) Welcome to our apartment. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone, and in compliance with current regulations, please read the following conditions carefully. 1. OWNERSHIP AND PURPOSE: This document establishes the conditions of booking and stay of the apartment for tourist use BENAFIQUE LA CASA DEL CIPRÉS, owned by Ms. Antonia Sánchez, with RTA VUT/HU/05207. The purpose of this contract is the temporary assignment of use of the apartment for tourist purposes, excluding any other use (habitual, professional, etc.). 2. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people. Under no circumstances may this number of occupants be exceeded. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate termination of the contract and expulsion from the apartment, without the right to a refund. 3. GUEST REGISTRATION: In compliance with current legislation (Decree 28/2016, of February 2, on housing for tourist purposes, and regulations on citizen security), all guests over 16 years of age must identify themselves with an ID or Passport at the time of check-in. The data will be communicated to the State Security Forces and Bodies. 4. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. Check-out: before 11:00 am. For arrivals or departures outside these hours, please check in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, as long as availability permits and with the possible application of a supplement. 5. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any room in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €200 charge for special cleaning and deodorization. 6. PET POLICY: No pets of any kind are allowed in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate termination of the contract and expulsion from the apartment, without the right to a refund. 7. RULES OF COEXISTENCE AND NOISE: Please maintain a civil and respectful behavior with neighbors at all times. Rest/silence hours: A moderate noise level must be maintained, especially between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. Parties, events, or any activity that may disturb the tranquility of the community are prohibited. 8. USE AND CARE OF THE APARTMENT AND FURNISHINGS: The apartment and its facilities must be used with due care and respect. Liability for Damage and Theft: The guest is responsible for any damage, breakage or theft of furniture, fixtures, appliances, decorative elements or any other property owned by the apartment, which occurs during their stay. Valuables and Antiques: The apartment contains decorative objects and furniture that, although functional, may have a particular value or be antiques. Special care is requested with them. Any damage or theft will be assessed and claimed from the guest. Inventory: A detailed inventory and photographic/video record of all apartment assets is available. A check will be carried out at the exit to verify their status. Replacement/Repair Cost: In case of damage or theft, the guest will be charged the total cost of repairing or replacing the affected property, including handling and shipping costs if necessary. 9. CLEANING AND WASTE: The apartment is delivered clean and in perfect condition. Guests are expected to keep it in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness during their stay. Please dispose of garbage in the recycling bins provided on the public highway, leaving the apartment 100m to the left or 50m to the right. 10. KEYS: The apartment keys are the property of the establishment. Return of Keys: At the end of the stay, the keys must be delivered in person to Ms. Antonia Sánchez, unless another form of return has been previously agreed upon. Losing or not returning the keys will entail a charge of €50 to replace the lock and a new set of keys. 11. INSURANCE: The apartment has civil liability insurance that covers the risks inherent to the activity. However, guests are advised to have personal travel insurance to cover possible unforeseen events. 12. BREACH OF CONDITIONS: Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the immediate termination of the accommodation contract, with the consequent obligation to leave the apartment, without the right to a refund of the amount paid for the remaining stay. 13. DATA PROTECTION: The personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Organic Law on Data Protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in order to manage the reservation, comply with legal obligations and, where appropriate, meet your requests. 14. JURISDICTION: For any dispute that may arise in relation to this contract, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Huelva, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
