There is also a deck down by the water with spectacular views and a dock with a ladder to help getting in/out of the water. Mostly wooded for privacy but with a deck and dock down by the water for swimming and fishing. Guest access Guests have access to both the cottage and the trailer. Only the basement is off limits. There are two boats on the property but neither one is working at this time and guests should not try to use them.
