Good local shopping, pubs and restaurants are in the market town of Duns. The space May cottage is a middle terraced farm cottage complete with modern extension. It comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 downstairs, family bathroom upstairs and ensuite shower room) along with extremely well equipped open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The cottage benefits from fibre wi-fi. There is a separate utility room and an additional space which is excellent for working or as a kids tv room. There is ample storage within the cottage. No vaping or smoking in the cottage. Guest access Guests have full use of the whole cottage and its pet friendly garden. The front garden is fenced in and there is a rear patio Other things to note Well behaved pets are welcome, however the cottage is on a working farm so cannot be left unattended.
