The house is furnished with a hunting cabin feel. The house has 4 large bedrooms, the master suite is on the ground floor with the other 3 bedrooms being upstairs. The master has a king bed, sitting area and private full bathroom with tub on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and one has two twin beds with dressers in each room. All beds and mattresses are new with various firmnesses. We ask that no pets are allowed in the house during your stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and is fully furnished with all cooking utensils and some basic seasonings and spices. There is an eat in bar in the kitchen and a dining room table with 6 chairs if you choose to eat in. The house has 2.5 bathrooms with one full bath with shower upstairs and 1 half bath downstairs as well as a full bath with tub off the master bedroom. There are hairdryers in each full bath along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in each bathroom. There are extra pillows and blankets in the closets upstairs in the bedrooms. There is a large living room area with a 55 inch smart TV that has LG live TV streaming as well as the option to sign into your own streaming service. The furniture in the living room is all new and includes numerous recliners. There are blankets for use in the living room while watching TV located in a basket. There are 4 porches on the house for enjoying the outdoors and a gas grill for outside grilling. The yard is a 2 acre open space with some large evergreen trees for shade surrounded on 2 sides by a large agriculture field. The closest neighbor is over 1/4 mile away. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy all parts of the house except the closet in the master bedroom and the closet under the stairs. The garage is also used for storage by the owner. Other things to note The house is on rural septic system so please no food down the drain in the kitchen and only toilet paper in the toilets.
