The space The laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and feature an automatic washer and dryer, accessible for a fee of 10,000 pesos per usage cycle. Guest access The property provides exclusive parking spaces for bicycles and/or motorcycles, offering an added layer of practicality for guests who opt for these modes of transportation. At the main entrance, a conveniently located mini market is available, stocked with a selection of daily necessities. Furthermore, the immediate vicinity is exceptionally well-equipped with amenities, including a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and shopping centers, all within walking distance. It is important to note that while automobile parking is indeed available, the number of spaces is significantly limited. Should you intend to arrive with a vehicle, it is kindly requested that you reach out in advance of making your reservation to confirm whether your vehicle is suitable for the premises. It is highly advisable to refrain from bringing a large-sized vehicle. The parking lot has an extra cost per night. Additionally, access to the garage involves descending via a mechanical vehicle lift. Guests are advised that the management assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to the vehicle while utilizing the descent platform or parking area. In light of these considerations, it is generally recommended to avoid bringing a car whenever feasible Other things to note Important Guidelines and House Policies To preserve the residential character of the property and ensure a respectful coexistence with neighbors, the following rules are strictly enforced: Prohibited Conduct: Parties, smoking, drug use, the presence of escorts, loud music, or any form of disruptive noise are strictly forbidden. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Guest Access Restriction: Only individuals explicitly listed and authorized in the reservation will be granted access to the premises. Under no circumstances are unregistered visitors allowed. Mandatory Identification Requirement: All guests must provide valid identification upon reservation confirmation: Colombian nationals: A clear photo of the national ID. Foreign nationals: A clear photo of the passport. Minors (under 18): Legal documentation must be submitted. If accompanied by someone other than a legal guardian, an official travel authorization is required. Failure to provide this documentation in advance—prior to the check-in date—will result in denial of entry to the property. No exceptions. These requirements are mandated by local regulations and reinforced by platform compliance policies (e.g., Airbnb), which may impose penalties for noncompliance. We take the liberty of REITERATING: without the requested documentation sent at least one day prior to check-in, entry will not be allowed—neither on the scheduled check-in day nor on any subsequent day. This is a strict measure that must be enforced for access to the property. If you are unable to comply with this requirement, we kindly ask that you do not request a reservation, as we will not be able to make exceptions under any circumstances. Additional Services and Fees: Each guest is provided with one towel and one blanket. Additional items are available upon request and subject to a per-item charge. Requests made post check-in may incur a delivery fee. Optional cleaning services are available weekly, biweekly, or monthly (every 7, 15, or 30 days) for an additional cost. All payments must be completed in advance; post-service payments are not accepted. A basic set of essentials—such as toilet paper, soap, and complimentary toiletries—is provided at check-in, sufficient for the first day or two. Replenishments during your stay must be pre-arranged and will involve additional charges. Please remember this is a private residence, not a hotel.
