Guest access You have full access to: - the entire house (including kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom on all floors), - the protected courtyard, - the terrace and garden on about 350 square meters – ideal for lounging and relaxing. In addition, the garage is available if necessary to safely park your vehicle. Please let us know when you book if you want to use the garage – this will keep the courtyard fully usable. The utility room in the outbuilding can be used for washing (washing machine and dryer). Other things to note Independent access via key box (lockbox) You will not receive a physical key handover, but will use a key box (lockbox) with an individual access code. This is how the process works: We will send you the lockbox code directly via the Airbnb messaging feature 24-48 hours before your arrival. Your access code will only be activated at the official check-in time and will automatically expire at check-out. Included is a baby high chair, some games, books, magazines, basketball including basket. The garden area includes a Hollywood swing and other seating options for relaxing.
