The space Emily's Country House - Casa Saida is the ideal place not only for families but for anyone who wants to spend happy moments together. It'll be like being in your second home! The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed on the upper floor and one with two single beds on the lower floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. Cozy and equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious dishes! A spacious living room on the upper floor and another smaller sitting area on the ground floor, where you can share magical moments. In addition, there is a large garden enclosed on all sides by wire fencing and a hedge, providing added comfort for any furry friends who may stay here. The garden is furnished with tables, chairs, and deckchairs for your moments of outdoor relaxation! Shared barbecue area available upon request To make your stay even more enjoyable, Emilia offers her guests the opportunity to use the barbecue area in the house where she lives and resides, creating an opportunity for sharing and relaxing outdoors. Use of the barbecue area is only available upon prior request and based on the availability of the area. If the space is available, you can use the grill and, by prior arrangement, also the table located under the pergola, which is ideal for spending an evening outdoors. The barbecue area is located in a private space shared with the owner; for this reason, we ask that guests inform us in advance if they wish to use it, so that we can best organize access, prepare any necessary materials, and ensure the Material available Upon request, we can provide, subject to availability: • wood; • Charcoal; • any material needed to use the grill. There is a small fee for using the barbecue area and for the materials provided, which you can leave directly inside the house in the manner you prefer. The goal is to offer you the opportunity to experience a pleasant and authentic moment, enjoying an outdoor area with respect and care for the house and shared spaces. Emily's Country House - Casa Saida is located in the quiet countryside of Campocroce, but it is still close to the Mogliano Veneto train station with connections to Treviso-Pordenone-Udine, Mestre-Venezia-Padova-Verona. The car is recommended because the house is about 3km from Mogliano Veneto, about 12km from Treviso and 17km from Venice. If you can't arrive by car, we will be happy to recommend dedicated private transfers, or solutions to rent a car. Guest access The entire home will be at your complete disposal. You can park your car, camper or van on the private property. It will only be you who will enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces of the house. The garden belonging to Casa Saida is entirely enclosed by a wire fence and a hedge. Other things to note It will be a real pleasure for us to welcome you!
