The space Welcome to your peaceful escape by the water — a spacious, beautifully designed 4-bedroom home just 15 minutes from Antigonish in the quiet coastal community of Lakevale. This two-level property offers comfort, privacy, and the perfect blend of nature and modern living. On the main floor, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open-concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an island and built-in sink that doubles as a dining space. The living area opens onto a charming patio with outdoor seating, a barbecue, and views of the sloped backyard leading toward the shoreline. A private footpath at the back of the property leads directly to the water. Not swimmable or suitable for anchoring boats, but a peaceful way to connect with the ocean. For sandy shores, the beach is just a 2–3 minute walk away. Upstairs, you'll find a bright mezzanine overlooking the living area, a dedicated office space, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, and a spacious master bedroom with its own private balcony. The lower level includes a basement with an additional bed, a convertible children's bed, and open space ideal for yoga, meditation, or quiet time. The laundry area is located in the maintenance room downstairs, available for guest use during longer stays. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including both levels and the outdoor patio. Please note that the garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. It connects to the basement near the laundry area. While the interior door may be unlocked, we kindly ask that guests not enter or attempt to access the garage. The laundry area itself is available for guest use during longer stays. Other things to note Upon arrival, you'll find a Royals Discount Card on the counter. Please leave the card in the home at checkout so future guests can enjoy it too. It can't be replaced. For longer stays, an optional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged.
