Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage and shared courtyard at the rear. Other things to note The woodburner in the living room is only decorative. Please do not try to use it. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. The property is located on a road which has a 20mph limit, so it is not a fast road. Traffic is minimal at night time but you should expect some noise in the day. The benefit of this that it is centrally located with all amenities within easy walking distance.
