Guest apartment Hunsrückponys in Mörschbach

I offer two apartments on a small farm in my old farmhouse near Rheinböllen. The Hunsrück offers countless hiking, biking and riding opportunities on magnificent dream loops along the Moselle and the Rhine or in the Soonwald. Special conditions for hikers, fitters or even long-term rentals. Pets (horses, dogs, cats - also with care) are possible. The space Two-and-a-half-room ground-floor apartment (74 sqm, not quite ground-level entrance possible from the courtyard). Large bedroom, visually divided into two rooms with a box spring bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), shower room inside. Open living room with additional day bed (90 cm), dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, two TVs, Wi-Fi. There is gas heating in the house. There is also a wood-burning stove on each floor for cozy evenings in the transitional period and in winter. Board games, toys and books for children and adults are available. I am also happy to lend books from my collection. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also available. Towels and linens are included. Inner courtyard fenced 150 cm high (safe also for smaller dogs), barbecue, seating, horse runs, stables, berths for dogs in the barn possible. You can be in the field and forest in a few minutes; around the place there are several dog waste bag stations with integrated disposal options. From the courtyard you can see the village community square with children's playground, ping pong table and boccia track. Within walking distance in the neighborhood there is a pub that is open about three days a week with regular pizza evenings and the opportunity to watch football games. Very good shopping opportunities are available in Rheinböllen (4 km) and Simmern (8 km). In Mörschbach itself there is a small industrial area with a large Raiffeisen market, car workshop and other companies. Guest access Pet (dog, cat) without care free of charge; horse according to effort and accommodation. I will be happy to provide further information about the farm and the apartments on request. Other things to note Smoking in the apartments and in the courtyard in the immediate vicinity of open windows, the stables and the animals is not allowed. Guests' dogs are welcome to be in the yard and in the outdoor areas under supervision. The droppings must be picked up and disposed of in one of the dog waste bag bins located in and around the village. Please don't throw them in the residual waste bin. I am happy to provide plenty of toilet paper, kitchen towels, coffee pods and other consumables. Replenishing these items in the event of disproportionately high consumption should be a matter of course. In the Hunsrück, the weather can change very quickly and unexpectedly. Therefore, the windows must be closed when leaving the apartments for an extended period of time. The radiators should be turned off while ventilating. Otherwise, please also use gas, water and electricity sparingly, for the sake of the environment and the next guests, who also want to enjoy an affordable vacation. Please be aware that you are staying on a farm. There are animals here, and they have loud voices, shed hair and sometimes have dirty feet. And since I care about almost all animals, not every useful spider is immediately taken outside. So, if you prefer a sterile environment, this is the wrong place to book.
