The villa's main room features a rustic ambience, enhanced by the massive brick fireplace, the wooden dining table and the sofa and armchairs provided; moreover, the living room shares space with a fully equipped galley corner, in which you will find all the kitchen tools and appliances needed. From this room, you are given access to the bedrooms and bathroom. In the latter, there is a shower, and in the bedrooms, the comfortable beds ensure the most relaxing sleep. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with one double bed each, whereas the third bedroom features one single bed. The house is provided with warm/cool air-con in the bedrooms and living room. The outdoors are as charming and rustic as the indoor, with which they mingle harmoniously. The spacious patio welcomes an area for "al fresco" dining, under the shadow of the trees and that of a sunshade. The rest of the courtyard is occupied by the fabulous private pool, which allows the whole family to refresh in its waters; on the other hand, the poolside sun loungers are the ideal spot to sunbathe and soak up the warm atmosphere. Lastly, the poolside bathroom with shower completes the outdoor facilities of the villa. The access to the house, which is located only 300 metres from the CA-4224 road, is possible via a paved lane.
