Offering picturesque views of old city, Caucasus Mountains and Alazani Valey guest house Eka & Gio is located in the very heart of Sighnaghi, on the main, oldest street in the city. Three bedrooms are available, also separately bookable (see my other listings). This listing is for the entire rental space. The space The property is a two-story building. There are 3 rooms available, room nr.1, roomnr.2 and room nr.3. Room nr.1 and room nr.2 are located on the 1st floor. Room nr.3 is located in mansard. All rooms have their own shower and toilet. Romm nr.3 has one king size bed (160x200) and two single beds (85x200). Room nr.3 can accommodate up to 4 adults (plus kids if desired, for free). Room nr.1 has a king size bed (160 x 200cm) for 2 people (plus kid if desired, for no additional charge). Room nr.2 has a bed in size of 122 x 190cm, the room itself is relatively small and the window looks into the hallway. Windows of other rooms look outside. The room nr.3 has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a nice view of Caucasus mountains and the old city. There is a large living room on the 1st floor which can be shared by all guest. In the living room there is a sofa that can be turned into a bed for 2 people. Between the ground floor and the 1st floor, there is a nice terrace. This listing is for entire rental space, for groups up to 8people (plus kids). If you need just one or two rooms you can book each room separately (see my other listings). We offer the following other services: Breakfast for 20per person. We operate a century-old wine cellar, where you can taste and buy a wide range of Georgian wines, including home-made wine and chacha (vodka). Degustation for our guests is 10 .gel Other things to note You can have breakfast or dine in the living room on the 1st floor, on the terrace or in a room on the ground floor, wherever you want. We offer a dinner which includes: barbecue, fried meatballs, Georgian cheese, salad, pickled vegetable, bread, Georgian dressing (Tkemali) and one glass of wine for each person for 50gelper person. It must be ordered in advance by writing to us. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. You can use the iron for no additional charges. Use of the washing machine costs 10 GEL per wash. We offer Georgian-wide tours with Mercedes ML270 for up to 6 people or with Mercedes Sprinter for up to 26 people, as well as Airport transfer. If you want to come to Sighnaghi from Tbilisi with a minibus (marshutka) you need to go to Navtlugi Bus Station, which is located near Samgori subway station (in 200-300 meter). A minibus departs Tbilisi for Sighnaghi at nine, eleven, one, three, five and six o'clock. It costs 60 GEL per person. At 13:00 my Father comes, he is a bus driver. If you come with him he will let us know you are coming so we can meet you at the building and he will stop in front of our guest house automatically. If you come with somebody else you need to tell the driver that you are going to guest house Eka & Gio, so he can stop in front of our guest house. You can communicate with us in English, Russian and Georgian. We also operate a wine cellar. Visit our cool, century-old cellar, taste wide range of divine homemade Georgian wines, and buy it if you like. We also offer a masterclass, giving you an opportunity to participate in the preparation of various Georgian dishes. Prices vary.
