Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this rustic yet modern retreat offers breathtaking ocean views over Limenaria from two spacious decks. The villa blends historic charm with modern comforts, featuring original tongue-and-groove wood ceilings, a rustic stone fireplace, and all the amenities needed The space The house has 2 private bedrooms with a couch bed that sleeps 2 in the living space. A fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. It has 2 balconies one large one with ocean view and a smaller one at the entrance. All shops and restaurants are 50 meters from your door. The beach is 100 meters. We also supply an umbrella and two sun chairs for your use while you stay with us. And we are just a phone call away if there are any questions or concerns. Guest access To get access to the home we have a lockbox with the keys for those guests that arrive late in the evening. Other things to note Our property has made many guests very happy and we have many return guests. We are Greek Canadian our heritage is from Thassos and our families and children have enjoyed this home for over 20 years. We love to extend our experiences now to the guests as well.
