Welcome, a beautiful centrally located property within a condominium and easily accessible where you can rest, stay close to the places with the best events in the city and enjoy the tranquility of the area where it is located. 5 minutes from the Telmex Auditorium. 15 minutes from Akron Stadium. 10 minutes from the October Fiestas. 20 minutes from Guadalajara Zoo. 25 minutes from downtown Guadalajara. In the surroundings of the house you will find self-service stores, bars, restaurants and plazas. The space The house has space for 2 vehicles, one inside the garage and the other on the sidewalk. The house has only one floor, so when you enter you can find the living room, followed by the dining room and on one side the main room which has a full bathroom, double bed and TV, in addition to an equipped kitchen and at the bottom 2 rooms each has a double bed which share a full bathroom and in the back is the patio which has a washing machine and a laundry room. Other things to note Unfortunately, because this is an apartment and not a hotel, we are unable to provide luggage storage. Please note the check-in and check-out times. We cannot accept early check-ins or late check-outs, no exceptions. If you'd like to check in early or check out later, we recommend booking an extra night to suit your needs.
