Light & modern barn conversion

Our newly converted barn is in the heart of the conservation village but only 10 minutes from the A1. The open-plan accommodation is carefully furnished and has oak beams & floors, underfloor heating & a super-comfy sofa bed. A coolbox, microwave, coffee machine & toaster make simple meals easy. There's excellent walking/cycling from the door & Stamford, Oundle, Uppingham & Oakham are nearby. Rutland Water & Burghley Horse Trials are 10 miles away. The property is not suitable for children. The space The accommodation is on the top floor of the barn, accessed through its own door and is one large space, with a separate bathroom. We live in a separate building opposite the barn and you may see us around, but we keep a low profile. Guest access The Barn is accessed through an archway. You then go through a gate into our property and the Barn has its own front door with a smart lock. Other things to note Please follow the 'no pets, no children, no smoking anywhere, no vaping inside, no parties, no extra guests' rules. Thank you.
