The house is open planned living with stylish décor with a functional kitchen. The entire house is air conditioned with ducted air con system (cooling and heating) and split systems to ensure your comfort during your stay. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets in the property. There is a laundry and one backyard connecting the swimming pool. The house can sleep up to 9 people (8 adults x 1 infant) The house is safe, family friendly and complete with a high chair and a cot (available at no extra charge). The cot is available upon request and this will be placed in the master room. BEDROOMS Upstairs, the master suite is a true retreat — with king-size bed, sofa lounge, spa bath, en-suite and romantic city-light views. Main floor has 3 bedrooms. The second room has also king-sized bed, the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed. All beds are high quality bed with comfortable mattresses for your stay. All bedrooms have bedside tables, bedside lamps or study lamp. LIVING AREA There is a 85” SMART TV and Netflix along with unlimited Wi-Fi for your entertainment. Either you are on holiday or business trip you can find fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection we have to offer. The living area is a really cosy area, ideal for families to bond when you are on holiday. KITCHEN The fully functional kitchen is complete with all Miele appliances including a dishwasher, a large 2 door fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster, rice cooker. We also provide a dish rack and cooking necessities including pots and pans, professional knife set, cutting board, crockery, seasoning, cooking oil, etc. Ample kitchen consumables are provided such as dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, sponges and rubbish bin bags. BATHROOMS/TOILETS One of the bathrooms is an ensuite to the master room. Second bathroom has shower and toilet. There is an extra toilet in the laundry space. All toilets/bath rooms have luxurious diffuser and room sprays for your comfort. All bathrooms have hotel quality toiletries for your use. LAUNDRY A washing machine together with washing liquid/softener and a clothes dryer are available if you'd like to wash any clothes during your stay. There is an iron with ironing board and hair dryer available for your use. An outdoor cloth line with pegs is provided as well. LINEN Luxurious hotel quality soft sheets are provided with soft/firm pillow options for your comfort. High quality cotton hand towels and thick bath towels are also provided for your use. The ground floor is a separately residence where our care takers live, it has no shared access to guest spaces apart from the common gate entrance, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay. Other things to note The house has easy self check in via smart lock. We provide Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Snacks for your stay. We also have a bottle of wine as compliment for your stay. There are some family board games and assorted magazines/books for your entertainment. We also provide travel info/brochures for Perth attractions.
