Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Newly renovated cottage of 55 m2. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and toilet, open fireplace, firewood included. One bedroom has a bed that is 140 cm, i.e. with room for two adults, the other has a single bed. The cottage is located on the same property as our permanent residence but with its own garden. The cottage is located at Hördalen Nature Reserve, right next to a golf course. There is no Wi-Fi in the cottage right now, but it can be arranged on request. Bicycles are available. The space The cottage is about 55 m2 and is located on the same plot just next to our permanent residential house, but with its own secluded garden at the back of the cottage. The cottage is renovated in old-fashioned style and is quiet and secluded, no traffic, the only thing heard is the sound of nature and the golf course. In winter, the cottage is suitable for those who just want to get away and relax in peace and quiet, far from the urban environment. In front of the fire, the coziness factor is guaranteed high! If there is snow, cross-country trails are outside the door. During the golf season, the cottage is a great base camp. Walk or bike to Kungsbacka golf club one day, choose another of all the nearby clubs the next day, such as Särö, Vallda, or Gräppås. Walking distance to the sea and cycling distance to several different swimming areas, for example Särö. Two neighboring nature reserve, Hördalen and Vallda Sandö. Bicycles are available. Other things to note Sheets and towels are not included. There is room for three guests in the permanent beds. It is possible to be four people for an additional fee, the fourth person can then sleep in a tent bed that we set up. We who rent out are a couple without children who live in an adjacent residential building. No smoking in the cottage and on site. Cleaning fee applies (included in the total amount).
