The space Welcome to your home in Tallinn, Merivälja We are delighted to open the doors to our cozy home, offering you the chance to experience the peace and beauty of living by the sea in Merivälja—one of Tallinn’s most green and quiet neighborhoods. This home is designed to provide you with the perfect balance of comfort, style, and privacy. The Space The house is shared with the host family who lives on the second floor. However, your accommodation is set up to ensure total privacy and comfort. You have your own dedicated space upon arrival. 1st Floor (Your Private Zone): You have exclusive access to a large, lockable bedroom with a king-size bed and elegant Italian furniture. Right next to the bedroom, for your convenience, is a private guest WC with a sink and mirror. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are for your exclusive use, featuring classic Italian furniture and an artwork by the renowned Estonian sculptor Tauno Kangro. 0 Floor (Lower Ground): You have a private bathroom (shower) at your disposal. This floor also houses a home gym, which is for your private use during your stay. A traditional Estonian wood-heated sauna is available for an extra fee of 30 EUR per session. Extras: For your comfort, we provide bathrobes and slippers. For longer stays (3+ days), you have access to a washer and dryer. Host Interaction & Check-in We live on the second floor and provide a personal welcome upon your arrival. We will show you around the space and are happy to answer any questions or provide local recommendations for exploring Tallinn. After check-in, we respect your privacy and will not interfere with your stay. Additional Amenities Garden: During summer, you are welcome to enjoy the garden area for outdoor relaxation or a barbecue. Architecture: The house was designed by a prominent Estonian architect known for iconic buildings like the Hotel Olümpia and the National Library of Estonia. Views: From the front of the house, you can enjoy a stunning view of Tallinn’s Old Town across Pirita Bay, especially magical at sunset. Connectivity & Parking: Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is included. Free parking is available right in front of the house in our safe and quiet residential area. Leisure & Sports (All within a 5-minute drive in Viimsi): You have easy access to a cinema, spa, and a major shopping center. For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, there is a tennis center, a basketball court, and scenic health/fitness trails nearby. Other things to note House Rules: Please remove your outdoor shoes upon entering. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect the peaceful atmosphere. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors; please use designated areas outside. Pets: Pets are welcome upon prior agreement—please let us know in advance! Location & Convenience: Public transport is 400m away (15-20 min bus ride to the city center). The Michelin-starred restaurant NOA is only 800m away. Grocery store (800m) and a local bakery (750m) are within walking distance. A baby crib is available upon request.
