Peaceful home surrounded by flora and fauna

This is a spacious four bedroom home inside of Punta Leona Resort at Eco residential El Bambu. Our property is located on a secure and peaceful Condominium. It is a nice and comfortable house to have your family vacation. You can go to playa Mantas Beach that is located at just 5 minutes driving distance but if you love nature, you can walk around 3 kilometers while enjoining the natural beauty of the surroundings. The space This awesome Costa Rican paradise house, is only 1 hour from the main airport in San Jose, 10 minutes from Herradura, Marina Los Sueños and 15 minutes from Jaco. It is located in a brand new development condominium. The house itself was built on 2020 and it is kept in great conditions, perfect for families seeking for nature and peacefulness. Community pool and club house is not available to guests. Restaurants and supermarkets, drugstores, and close communities with other services on nearby area (5 minutes from home). Guest access It is important that guest know that the closest Beach is Playa Mantas. There is a public parking lot with few spaces at Mantas beach. We suggest you to arrive there before 8am so you can find one space for your car. From Monday to Thursdays there is also a pay parking lot ($20 daily), outside showers to rinse off salt water and restrooms. From Mantas Beach you can walk to Blanca Beach, when the ocean tide is low, walk to your left across the hill. This is another great spot on the area but private access are available only for Punta Leona club members. Accessing Blanca Beach, and the rest of the club amenities requires that you are a member of Club Punta Leona. To obtain full use of the facilities you need to be invited by a member and pay additional cost per person and for the vehicles. We are not members and we do not offer access to the club with your stay. Other things to note We will need names, IDs and license plates at least 3 days before check-in. This information is mandatory to authorize your entrance in the condominium. In addition to that, we will inform you of condominium rules and house rules. This information must be read and shared with other guests to avoid extra charges to your stay. Besides, you will be asked to fill and sign and acknowledgment of condominium rules at the security point. Please be so kind of avoiding any situation that can be penalized. In case of money penalties by condominium administration during your stay, you will be charged as well.
