Villa Voreas

Villa Voreas is a private 3-bedroom villa tucked into the Corfiot hills, surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, and open nature. Set on 6000 sq. meters of land, it’s a peaceful place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy a quieter side of Corfu while still being close to Corfu Town, Paleokastritsa, Barbati Beach, and other popular parts of the island. Guests can enjoy a private pool, outdoor dining areas, charcoal BBQ, hillside views, and relaxed days that feel comfortably removed from the noise. The space The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements: • 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds • 1 bedroom with two single beds • Main bedroom with private balcony overlooking the valley, hills, and pool • Shared balcony for the remaining bedrooms with sweeping hillside views Each bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted TV, vanity, and wall-mounted hair dryer for added comfort and convenience. All beds are fitted with carefully selected high-quality mattresses designed for restful sleep. The property is also home to a small vineyard producing our own wine and tsipouro, along with fig, pomegranate, and olive trees that reflect the villa’s connection to the land and local Corfiot tradition. Nearby: • Ipsos Beach - approx. 15 min • Barbati Beach - approx. 20 min • Paleokastritsa - approx. 20 min • Corfu Town, airport & port - under 25 min Guest access Guests will have private access to the villa, pool area, patios, and outdoor spaces throughout their stay. Private parking is available on-site, and the villa is best accessed by car. Please note that the basement/storage area located beneath the villa is private, secured behind a gate, and not accessible to guests. I kindly ask that guests do not attempt to enter this area. Other things to note Villa Voreas is located in a generally peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask guests to respect the calm atmosphere of the surroundings. Parties and events are strictly not permitted at the property. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas. Quiet hours are observed from 23:00–07:00, with an additional midday quiet period from 15:30–17:30 to help maintain a relaxed environment for all guests and neighbors. The swimming pool has a maximum depth of approximately 150 cm, with a connected shallow section for children. Children must be supervised at all times. Tap water in Corfu is not considered drinkable, so guests are advised to use bottled water for consumption. The BBQ is available upon request for €60, which includes charcoal, fire starters, grilling utensils, and post-use cleaning. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with space for 1 additional child sleeping more comfortably on the sofa bed if needed. Please note that the basement/storage area is private and secured behind a gate and is not accessible to guests.
