I invite you to my family home between Beauce and Perche, a hamlet near Bonneval "La petite venise de Beauce" to discover the Marcel Proust museum, Chartres and its cathedral where you can recharge your batteries in the countryside (fishing, mountain biking, hiking, electric boats...). Bonneval is a stopover town close to the Chateaux de la Loire, the Zoo de la Flèche au Mans and Paris (1h00 to 1h30). Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The space Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in the living/dining room, which opens onto the open-plan kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. The dining room opens onto the terrace and a large garden at the rear of the house. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms – 2 with a single bed and 1 with a double bed – as well as a bathroom with a toilet. You will have access to an enclosed courtyard that can accommodate 2 vehicles, accessed via an electric gate. The property is fully fenced.
