Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The property is completely detached, with no onlooking neighbours, tucked away on a very quiet street. An ideal spot for guests with families or dogs, and perhaps keen golfers. Highlights include; a fully enclosed garden (secure for little ones and pups), 3 car driveway and a Summer House (an entirely tranquil space to read, work or dine even when it's not Summer!). The space Living room - The TV works from the wifi automatically, there is Netflix, Amazon prime and Apple TV included. Please use the sofa covers provided if eating, drinking or dogs are on them. No excessive noise, parties or social events of any kind to be held on the property. Dog owners, please help yourself to anything in the doggie hamper, there are toys, poo bags, a bowl and old towels. Kitchen - Please help yourself to anything stocked in the fridge or guest section of the freezer; these breakfast items (cereal, fruit, Scottish morning Rolls, traditional haggis and square sausage!) Bedroom 1 - The King bed has a Simba Deluxe mattress which is like sleeping on clouds. Has a double wardrobe with shelves and hangers and two sets of bedside drawers. Bedroom 2- The Double bed has a posturepedic mattress which is great for back support. Two double wardrobes with shelves and hangers, two bedside tables with drawers. Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets, complete with silent night mattress and topper. Outside patio & Summer house - perfect for outdoor and fully covered dining, working, chilling. The WiFi works all the way out in the garden and there is an outside power socket. Bathroom - plenty of towels, bath mats and extra toiletries in case guests forget anything. The spacious shower is electric so there is always hot water. Utility/ Laundry Room- washing machine and laundry detergents, an iron. There are also ropes and screens to hang washing outside. Driveway - has space for three cars. Outside security lights all round the house. Guest access The whole place! The only areas not available to guests are the loft and the garage. Other things to note Please just treat the place with respect. And if you need anything just ask! I am local to Fife and happy to recommend restaurants, sightseeing and experiences.
