Walking distance to Allianz Stadium. Parking on driveway for 2 cars and ample free street parking. The space Our house is a much loved family home built in the 1930s. It’s a great size house for up to 9 people with 130sq metres across 3 floors. We have a relatively large open kitchen and dining area with a large dining table. We have Sonos, a comfortable double sofa bed and large flat screen 65” TV with Satellite TV and plenty of room to have fun with family, friends and/or work colleagues. The bi-folds open up to a lovely seated patio area with a good sized garden. We also have a downstairs loo. There is 1 downstairs bedroom with a double bed as well as white shutters at the front of the house for privacy. We also have a wine/beer fridge for additional drinks. There is also a desk with comfortable office chair. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We also have an American LG fridge / freezer with both ice and water as well as a Ninja Air fryer. On the 1st floor we have two double bedrooms with king-size beds. One has an en-suite shower room and the other bedroom is next to the family bathroom and a separate loo. In our loft-room we also have a spacious king size bed with ensuite shower room. Very roomy light room. We also have a travel cot and seat for babies / toddlers. For warm evenings, our bi-fold doors open up fully and we have seating for up to 8 people on a lovely patio area. Also have a firepit and BBQ. 36 minutes to Wimbledon for 🎾 41 minutes from Hounslow to Ascot for racing🏇 30 mins to London Waterloo. Windsor 20 mins away by direct train from Whitton. Ideal house for family’s and contractors and anyone looking for monthly bookings. STRICTLY NO PARTIES. Our house rules and neighbours must be respected at all times. Guest access Our house is completely open to our guests. Other things to note Access to the house is via a lockbox outside of the property. Its on the right-hand side of the house near the back gate. Press in number and push black button down to open. There are two keys. One for blue front door and one for the inner door. Flexible check-in. We are a residential neighbourhood with great neighbours, so appreciate you respecting our no noise policy from 11pm to 8am.
