The space Casa Tricolina is a spacious duplex apartment on three levels with plenty of space, light and style. It offers 4 bedrooms as well as an open attic with an additional sofa bed – ideal for families, quiet groups of friends or guests looking for peace and space. Two bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and a separate toilet provide comfort. The bright living area with fireplace invites you to relax. Three outdoor areas – a terrace, a balcony and a roof balcony – offer partly sunny retreats with views of the surrounding Seeland and a partial view of Lake Biel. The practical and fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together. A washing machine and a dryer are also available. Two parking spaces in the garage complete the offer. The apartment is quiet and ideal for relaxing holidays in nature. ❗️Important: No parties and events allowed. Depending on the number of guests, not all bedrooms are available. With this special location, it can happen from time to time that small visitors from nature also show up. ☀️ Despite thorough and regular cleaning, insects such as mosquitoes, spiders or beetles can get into the apartment – especially in summer or when windows are open. For your convenience, we provide insect spray and, where possible, fly screens. Please note: This is not a sign of lack of cleanliness, but simply part of having nature right outside the door. 🌿 If you love nature, you will feel comfortable with us.
