The Moulin Chartres-Lèves Loft

You will stay in a unique building, a water mill from 1820. The 150 m² duplex loft was created in 2025 with the help of an architect and an interior designer. You will find all the charm of the old (beams, bricks...) with modern comforts (elevator, air conditioning, wifi, flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen, queen size beds, dormitory...) The space We created the loft with an industrial theme in memory of the history of the Mill. It did indeed have an industrial life as a flour mill, it also hosted a dairy where a hundred people worked! You will enjoy a space of 150 m² on two levels (duplex), which can accommodate up to 12 people, for reunions with family, friends or even for work. The mill is located in a quiet environment, close to nature, greenery, the river for a total change of scenery. You will also be within walking distance of local shops (bakery, Carrefour Express, pharmacy, bar/tabac, banks...) You can also enjoy a few minutes by car or bike of the many exceptional infrastructures of our beautiful city of Chartres: the Cathedral, the Odyssey Complex (largest swimming pool and skating rink complex in France), the Colisée (gym and show), the Iliade (exhibition center)...
