16th century Périgord house with pool and park

Large comfortable historic house of 200 m2 with 8 rooms, 3 ha park, terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and parking. Very quiet, full of charm, and in the heart of all the activities that the Dordogne has to offer. The space Large house, in a 3 ha estate that includes another house where I live a large part of the year. Family home, it includes everything you'll need for a vacation as if you were at home, large terrace with table and chairs close to the barbecue in the park, hammock and swing for small children, swimming pool (8x4). Small wood around the house. 4 bedrooms upstairs and a shower/toilet, a master bedroom with a large bed, a double bedroom with a toilet and a small bedroom with a single bed (independent access possible). A large desk contains a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two people. Note - the office includes a computer screen and Wi-Fi supports video calls for work. Possibility of a cot and high chair for baby. The house includes two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), and 4 toilets, two of which are independent. On the ground floor, independent dining room and living room with TV. kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic glass-top stove and a table overlooking a garden. Lots of dishes (there are even champagne flutes and oyster forks!) Direct access out to a garden. You will have a laundry room with a washing machine and a fridge. Guest access Pool, garden, barbecue, 3 ha park. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Parking. Other things to note Mussidan is the nearest town where you will find all the shops, the SNCF train station and a market every Saturday. I am open to any questions.
