DK Premium Apartments Śródmieście are 4 independent, newly built, comfortably furnished studio apartments. Located in a historic tenement house in the center of Olsztyn. Apartment No. 1 overlooking Dąbrowszczaków is 40 square meters and consists of a separate kitchen-dining, bedroom and recreational area and a large bathroom. In addition to the standard rich equipment, we offer access to Netflix, YouTube Premium and board games. The space A new premium-class facility opened in July 2020 in a historic tenement house distinguished by huge paintings occupying both walls of the hall. They depict mountain landscapes painted by the Olsztyn master painter Franz Formański. The facility has 4 tastefully decorated apartments that can accommodate a total of 11 people (4, 3, 2, 2). The building is a typical tenement house of the era, erected between 1900 and 1905 in a row of similar buildings. The owner of the building was Anton Wagner (hence the name - Wagner's tenement house). The building, which survived the war turmoil, like others similar to it in 1945, became the property of the State Treasury. The building was divided into apartments with shared common areas, i.e. a shared kitchen, hallway and bathroom. In 2004, some of the premises were sold to the existing tenants. Currently, the building houses the Polish Teachers' Union. On the ground floor, both from Mazurska Street and from Dąbrowszczaków Street, there are small service and commercial premises, including a pawnshop and a grocery store, as well as the increasingly popular Italian Bistro - Al Numero 15. The upper floors are occupied by flats and apartments.
