This unique loft has a style all its own. The "tiny house" loft in the oceanview location of Ragged Point, St Philip affords a spacious feel and comfort beyond its 300 square ft space. The loft is ideally located for a relaxing stay, leisurely walks to the Ragged Point Lighthouse and stunning cliffside views. The more adventurous can "hike" down to the secluded Spring Bay to explore this beautiful part of the island. This is a brand new property, creatively designed with modern conveniences. The space Spring Bay Villa Loft is rented as a fully-contained unit, and operates separately to the main villa. It has its own entrance, small garden area and the pool is shared. The pool will only be shared with the owners, if in-house during your stay, or day-pass users. Never with guests occupying the main villa. It is entirely possible however, depending on your booking dates, that you may find the pool all to yourself. Guest access This "tiny home" loft is NOT recommended for very tall persons, or persons with mobility issues/walking difficulties. It is fully contained and equipped with all modern conveniences. You will have the place to yourself and shared access to the pool.
