Guest access ENTIRE APARTMENT - You'll have exclusive access to our entire apartment, perfect for a comfortable stay. BUILDING AMENITIES - Level 66 - Indoor swimming pool - not heated, but perfect for the hot Summer months! - Shared gym with exercise equipment - BBQ area - Steam room - Social lounge area - Amazing views! Other things to note KEY COLLECTION - Monday - Thursday: 3pm - 10pm - Friday - Sunday: 3pm - 11pm - If you're arriving outside these hours, please let us know in advance. An after-hours collection fee per hour applies. KEY RETURN - Sky Mart is open from 7am - Please let us know if you are leaving earlier for an alternate key return method SPARE KEY - A second set of keys can be provided (on request). LOST KEYS - $150 fee for each LOST set of keys, plus additional $75 fee for LOST carpark key-card (attached to MAIN key). POOL TOWELS - Complimentary pool towels provided for use only at the apartment complex - Lost/missing pool towels will incur a $20 fee per towel. CAR PARKING - FREE secure parking for 1 car - Please advise if you require parking ADDITIONAL AMENITIES SOFA BED - Sofa bed is provided FREE for a 6th guest. - If you require the sofa bed for bookings with 3-5 guests, request this at the time of booking. - Additional $80 fee for setup, linens and laundering PORTA- COT - Request this at the time of booking - Only a fitted sheet will be provided for the porta-cot, so feel free to bring your own bedding for your little one. FAQ's... EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS We offer a half-nightly rate add on for those arriving very early, if our schedule permits. If you only need an hour or 2, please contact us 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule will allow it. If a guest is checking-out the day of your arrival, we will not be able to accommodate early check-in. LATE CHECK-OUT If your flight leaves late in the day, ask us about our half-day rate add on, so you can leave without the rush. Otherwise, the standard check-out time of 10AM applies. - CAN I BOOK ON BEHALF OF A FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER or CO-WORKER? No. Third parties bookings are not allowed.
