You thus have direct access to the private area located in front of the entrance to the house, where several vehicles can be parked safely. 🪜 Friendly Entrance & Courtyard: Access to the house is via a small staircase of two steps that leads you to a covered courtyard, ideal for outdoor meals, equipped with a large farm table with benches as well as a ping pong table for relaxing moments with family or friends. 🏡 Cozy living area: From the courtyard, you enter the loft through a door overlooking a large living room in a chic industrial style, bathed in natural light. This space includes: - a friendly dining area, - a fully equipped open kitchen, - a sitting area with sofa and TV, - a pool table for relaxing evenings, - a second cozy living room with TV and reading corner. 🚿 Ground floor bathroom: Also on the ground floor, you will find a spacious bathroom with shower accessible to people with reduced mobility, double sink and double toilet. 🛏️ Upstairs sleeping area: The floor is accessible by a wide staircase that leads you to a suspended walkway with catamaran net, overlooking the living room. 👉 On the right, a dormitory area with 4 single beds (80 x 190 cm), a loft with a single bed (120 x 190 cm) and a shower room under the loft. 👉 On the left, two independent bedrooms: the first with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and ensuite bathroom, a second with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and a bathtub. 🚻 A separate toilet is also available upstairs for added comfort. 🌿 Outdoor area on the kitchen side: Opposite the entrance, accessible from the living room, you will discover a landscaped outdoor area including: a brazier for your warm evenings, a plancha for convivial meals, and the meadow with the goats, a nature corner appreciated by young and old alike🐐💚. Guest access The entire property is accessible, including outdoor areas and the goat meadow. 🐐🌿 Other things to note ⚠️ For information: parties, evenings with too much alcohol, and cotillions/confetti are prohibited 🚫🎉🍾. This security deposit is in addition to the amount of your Airbnb booking and is not included in it.
