Cosy accommodation at Vemdalen

A fantastic mountain cabin for 6 + 2 guests with incredibly cozy and personal setting. Here you can really enjoy yourself. You can get to the Alpine slopes by car. The closest is Björnrike. You have 3 more ski areas on the same lift pass (Vemdalsskalet, Storhogna and Klövsjö) The cottage has a wood-fired sauna as well as a fully equipped BBQ area. In the summer an excellent starting point for Vemdalen and Härjedalen's fantastic fishing waters The space The house was built in 1991 and renovated gradually. Cozy and homely decor with every conceivable comfort. Shoe warmer and Kombi Laundry. Full kitchen with Micro, Stove and Dishwasher. The house has an open floor plan for plenty of space for community. 3 bedrooms, one with Hästen Double bed (180cm) and the other two with bunk beds, one lower part of 120cm (Other 90cm). The living room also has a sofa bed for 2 people and a wood-burning stove for the really cozy evenings. On the outside adjacent to the patio is a wood burning Sauna to add that extra luxury, after a full day on the slopes or the cross-country track. A fully equipped barbecue area with open fire next to the sauna for cozy lunches or evening dinner. Muurikka, toast star, charcoal bun frying pan etc. are available for loan at the barbecue area. The cottage has the snowmobile trail right outside and cross-country trails that take you out on the mountain or Björnrike. Guest access The property has two storage rooms, which guests do not have access to as our private belongings are here. Other things to note We are a family with small children so families with children are most welcome and both high chair and cot are available. Firewood for heating and sauna is in the wood storage and may be used if it is also refilled after use by the guest. (Most places in Vemdalen sell firewood in sacks) We have had a dog in the cottage so it is not completely allergy free.
