Bathroom equipped with all amenities. The space The accommodation is located on the first floor of the building entirely dedicated to hospitality. It is characterized by a strong personality, warmth and refinement due to the antique terracotta floors, the plaster painted with warm colors and the refined trompe l'oeil decorations. The large and bright living room has a panoramic window and a window that frames the ancient Lanzona Castle, located nearby. The seating area includes comfortable sofas, a working wood-burning stone fireplace, and a smart TV. The room has an inlaid wooden dining table and a practical breakfast corner with an electric coffee machine and kettle, sink and containers, housed in a masonry niche closed by a double door. Antique furnishings and fine paintings complete the ambience. The kitchen is located in a separate room and has a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a dishwasher, and a marble sink; it includes all the necessary equipment for preparing meals, storage furniture, and a table with a bench and chairs for all guests. The double bedroom is directly connected to a single bedroom with a bed, a wardrobe and a small desk table. The bathroom, with a polished lime finish and antiqued marble, has a masonry shower and bidet. Guest access The accommodation is part of a structure entirely dedicated to hospitality, including 3 other apartments spread over two floors. This accommodation is on the second floor and is reached via a large stone staircase from the common entrance. In the building there is a shared laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying racks. Other things to note Upon arrival, guests will find a welcome basket containing: biscuits, jams and honey in jars, chocolate cream; in the refrigerator you will find bottled still water and bottles, fruit juices, UHT milk, butter and fresh fruit. All of this is enough for breakfast on the first day. Any additional supplies are available for a fee. Coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, chamomile, sugar, and sweetener are available.
