It may attract animals. 3.4 Supplies ⑴ Please use all equipment and consumables such as towels, bathrobes, and hair dryers in the guest rooms and on the premises carefully. ⑵ If any items are found to be taken, lost, damaged, or soiled, we will charge you for the cost of restoration, repair, and replacement, as well as cleaning fees. 4. About using karaoke 4.1 Available until 9 pm. Please strictly observe the time. 4.2 Adjust the volume appropriately to be considerate of your surroundings and always use it with the windows and doors closed. 4.3 In the event of a complaint from a neighbor or a situation where a complaint is expected, we may ask you to stop using the facility at our discretion. 5. About the use of the training room 5.1 Please refrain from using the room if you are training unreasonably, drinking, or are not feeling well. 5.2 Dropping equipment and making excessive noise are prohibited. 6. About the use of simulation golf 6.1 Do not use the golf club for any purpose other than its intended use (hitting the ball). Dangerous activities such as swinging are strictly prohibited. 6.2 Please use it safely, paying close attention to the people and objects around you. 7. Use of the courtyard deck space 7.1 BBQ facilities and pool are available until 9 pm. 7.2 There are houses nearby. Please be quiet after 9 pm. 7.3 We may warn you if we objectively judge that you are being loud, making noise, playing music, etc. In addition, if you do not correct the situation after being warned, or if there are complaints from the neighbors, you may be asked to leave regardless of the time of day. 7.4 We are not responsible for any trouble with neighboring residents. 8. About safe use 8.1 We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries to customers on the premises. In particular, we ask that children be supervised by their parents. 8.2 Please do not move the furniture or fixtures of the facility without permission. Please let us know if you wish to do so. Our staff will be happy to help. In the unlikely event that you move it without permission and damage the flooring, walls, or interior, we may charge a fee. 8.3 Please do not open or enter the staff-only backyards. 9. Fireworks, bonfires 9.1 Fireworks ⑴ The use of fireworks (whether handheld or launched) is strictly prohibited. Please understand. 13.3 In the unlikely event of damage to the building, ancillary facilities, other facilities or equipment, loss of equipment, damage, etc., please be sure to contact us before checking out. Depending on the content, we may ask for damages or reimburse you at the actual cost.
