Beautiful detached house in Sætre, 40 min from Oslo

Great single-family home in quiet surroundings on a small hill with great views of the Oslo fjord and lovely Sætre. Relax Together with the whole family! The single-family home has 3 rooms, 5/6 sleeping spaces, 2 bathrooms, terraces, a beautiful garden, and a large parking space for a car. EV charging is available upon agreement. Setre city center offers several restaurants, cafes, shops, beach and bar. 40 min to Oslo city center by car. Good bus connections. 20 min to Tusenfryd. 30 min to Drammen. 15 min to Drøbak. Other things to note We have a cat called Truls, which we hope you take good care of during your stay with us. He loves attention and cuddles, and likes to be outside a lot. He can get in and out on his own through a cat flap inside the hall cupboard. Refill water and cat food in the bowls when vacant. He mostly goes to the bathroom outside, but also has a cat toilet that needs to be emptied occasionally.
