The NBnB (built in 2019) is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area in Schwandorf. The historical centre and the main station are about 4 by car and about 20 min. on foot. Schwandorf, which is located in the middle of Oberpfälzer Seenland, is surrounded by relaxing nature and rural peace - the world cultural heritage city of Regensburg is only 25 min. away. The nearby lakes offer you a variety of leisure activities, such as hiking, cycling, canoeing, wakeboarding, fishing ect.. The space NBnB is special, because... High quality equipment: To ensure the best quality, the NBnB is fully equipped with high-quality, natural materials: High-quality vinyl flooring with underfloor heating has been laid everywhere. The kitchen is made of solid wood and equipped with Miele appliances and a Bora stove. The furniture has been furnished with loving attention to detail and with selected textiles. Well cared for all round: Your satisfaction is important to us. So that you can feel "wia dahoam", we have everything you require for a pleasant daily routine: A selection of staple foods, games, various cosmetic products and much more. Room to relax: Are you looking for a time-out from your busy life? Relaxation is very important in our B&B: you can take a wellness bath in the 2 spacious bathrooms, simply relax under the rain shower or enjoy the sun with a snack on the terrace. Pleasant working environment: Are you on your way to work or an urgent job interrupts your holiday? We offer you everything you need for a successful work: besides W-Lan and workstations in the rooms you also have the possibility to print or scan. Allergy friendly: Allergy friendly interior design has been taken into consideration for allergy sufferers. So everyone can feel completely comfortable with us. Guest access The whole accommodation is at your disposal as well as the terrace, 1 garage and 1 outside parking space. Other things to note Pets are not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers. For hygienic reasons and the vinyl floor, please only enter the apartment barefoot or with slippers. To avoid scratching the floor, please carry your suitcase through the house. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Even smoking at the open window or directly in front of the front door is not allowed. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the terrace. With regard to the interior design, we have largely paid attention to allergy sufferer friendliness (e.g. mattresses, bed linen and textiles are allergy-friendly). However, NBnB accepts no responsibility for any allergic reactions of the guest. The rest periods from 20:00 to 7:00 and the house rules laid out by NBnB must be observed.
