Gites de La Richardière - The Pigeonnier

Charming family-run self-catering accommodation with heated swimming pool and breath-taking panoramic views. Suitable for families, couples & individuals. Pet friendly - well-behaved dogs welcome. Fully open April - October, although the gîtes are available for booking year-round. The space Charming one bedroom gîte with balcony and private garden. The open-planned ground floor includes a fully functional self-catering kitchen, equipped with gas oven, fridge with integrated freezer section, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All cutlery, crockery and glassware is provided. There is a dining table with seating for 2 guests and two comfortable armchairs. Downstairs, you will also find the bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Also, a bookcase with a variety of books and a TV with Sky. Two chairs and a table look out onto the balcony and surrounding fields. To the side of the gîte, there is a private garden containing a charcoal BBQ and patio with outdoor table, chairs and umbrella. Additionally, a hoover, iron & ironing board and portable fans can be found in the storage area under the stairs. Travel cots are also available upon request. Each gîte has its own WiFi system. There is also a washing machine in the wash room, which can be used by guests, we just ask for a small contribution in the ‘honesty jar’. All linen and towels are provided. There will also be green towels within the gîte, for use at the pool. The pool is open 9am-10pm and is heated to around 27°C. No glassware or pets are permitted within the pool area and children must be supervised at all times. Within the grounds, you will also find a games field with facilities for boules, ping-pong, football and badminton. There are also swings and a picnic table.
