Apartment with terrace (holiday apartment on the vineyard)

A tastefully furnished apartment in a quiet residential area on the vineyards of 60 sqm for 2 people awaits you. (A third person can sleep on the sofa bed). A combined living room with kitchen. The separate bedroom with a double bed. In the large bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink and a bathtub. One parking space in front of the house is available. Use of the garden and terrace is possible by arrangement. The space Enjoy relaxing days in our lovingly furnished apartment – ideal for couples who appreciate peace, comfort and a personal atmosphere. For a carefree stay, we provide bed linens, towels, heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap free of charge. We will be happy to coordinate your arrival and departure individually with you. A private parking space right in front of the house is available to you during your stay; please note that we cannot accept any liability for vehicles parked there or on the street and their contents. Bicycles can be safely stored in the carport or on the terrace. Out of consideration for all guests, smoking is not allowed in the apartment, nor are parties or larger gatherings with more than four people allowed. Unfortunately, we're unable to host pets.
