The space The Studio consists of a single living space with a comfy 4-poster king-size bed and a separate ensuite. (due to its compactness, it is not suitable for infants) There is a spacious outside decked area, where you can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Enjoy the warm bubbles of the hot tub. The tub has side screen for total privacy. The Studio is accessed up 3 steps onto the lawn to the decked area. Guest access You can access the Studio through a separate side entrance. Through the garden, where you will find the Garden Studio at the bottom of the lawn. Please note that there are 3 steps onto the lawn. Other things to note The hot tub is for your enjoyment. Please follow the hot tub rules. Please bring your own swim towels. Please shower before and after using the hot tub to remove all lotions, oils, etc... Soap or oils are NOT allowed Strictly NO spray tans in the tub! People using alcohol or other prescribed drugs should not use the hot tub without consulting a physician Absolutely NO glass of any kind allowed in or around the hot tub No sex or nudity allowed in the hot tub Please do not pee in the hot tub No smoking or Vaping No parties or loud noise Limit your time to 30 minutes and cool off before re-entry Take extra care when enter and exit the hot tub Do not use the hot tub if the water temperature is more than 40˚C Children under 5 are not allowed Elderly or pregnant women should not use the hot tub People with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or other illness should not use the hot tub Do not use the hot tub cover as a table or a seat Please put the hot tub cover down after use Exit the hot tub be 10pm! The owner reserves the right to withdraw the use of the hot tub at any time. Breaches to the rules with result in withdrawal of these facilities.
