Quiet room with king-size bed plus private separate bathroom and private living room with TV and tea- and coffee-making facilities, all on the ground floor. The property is within walking distance of Preston Park and there is a bus stop nearby with regular buses to and from central Brighton. Parking for one vehicle is available, and EV charging at 40p per kWh. Our home is in a small cul-de-sac so is very peaceful. We are cyclist-friendly and have a secure garage for bike storage. The space You will be the only people in the property (apart from your hosts) and will have your own sitting room with TV and your own bathroom/shower/WC across the hallway from your bedroom. Guest access You will have exclusive use of a sitting room with a TV and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and your own private bathroom across the hall from your bedroom. During your stay Your hosts John and Theresa will usually be in the property but you can always phone or message John (mobile number supplied on arrival). Other things to note Please note: there is no access to the kitchen, and breakfast is not provided.
