RAMBLA CATALUNYA CHIARA. Apartment of 115 square meters with capacity for 6 people. Distributed in a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has washing machine, dishwasher and oven/microwave. Located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city, surrounded by restaurants of varied gastronomy and boutiques of the most luxurious brands. Parties or gatherings are not allowed inside the apartment, on the rooftops, or at the entrance. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the full retention of the deposit and may lead to immediate eviction. Likewise, if external noise is heard, the guest can contact us immediately. No complaints will be accepted afterward if we were not informed at the moment the incident occurred, as our team must be given the opportunity to resolve the situation. Please note that there is a decibel detector installed inside the apartment. Security: Always close the main entrance door and make sure that the apartment door is locked after entering or leaving. Do not open the building door to anyone who is not staying in the apartment. In case of loss of the apartment key, a €150 replacement fee will be charged. If we need to come in person for such reasons, an additional €20 fee will apply after 8:00 p.m., payable immediately and in cash. Waste: Do not leave garbage bags in common areas or in the building lobby under any circumstances. Garbage must be placed in a closed plastic bag in the street containers in front of the entrance between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. It is permitted in outdoor areas, provided that the smoke does not enter the apartment. Any damage caused (such as odor on surfaces or in the apartment itself) will incur a €100 penalty, deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card provided. Lights and Air Conditioning: The air conditioning may only be used with windows and balconies closed. Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment. Behavior: The tenant must behave in a civil manner and respect the building’s community rules, both in common areas and inside the apartment. Failure to comply may result in a penalty deducted from the deposit. Cleaning: Upon arrival, the apartment will be clean and provided with towels and bed linen. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in a reasonably clean condition. If it is not, a cleaning penalty will be applied. Inventory: An inventory of the apartment’s contents will be provided. Upon departure, it will be checked that everything is in reasonable condition or replaced with an item of similar characteristics. If neither condition is met, the cost of replacement (including management time) will be charged. Utilities: The contract includes an allowance of €100 to cover utility expenses. Guests are asked to use energy responsibly and sustainably. In case of misuse, a proportional amount will be deducted from the deposit. Check-in & Contract: Upon arrival, the tenant will sign a contract including information about all accompanying guests. The holder is responsible for providing this information. Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed. After this time, the property is not responsible for any items left in the apartment. If any items are found, we will contact the tenant. Compliance with Regulations: Guests are required to be aware of current restrictions at the time of arrival and during their stay. Any violation will result in partial or full retention of the deposit. Failure to comply with any of the above rules or terms will be considered a breach of contract, leading to immediate termination of the agreement, forfeiture of the deposit and full payment, and immediate eviction. If it is confirmed that smoking occurred inside the apartment or that neighbors complained about noise, the same measures will apply. Other things to note Seasonal rental from 32 nights. Maintenance service in the apartment at no charge (for technical queries or repairs not caused by misuse). Utilities up to €100 and final cleaning included in the total price. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE RESERVATION Security deposit: A security deposit of €500 will be required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the apartment is returned in good condition and all house rules have been followed. The security deposit must be paid by credit card only (American Express not accepted). The security deposit is not included in the payment made through Airbnb. The payment will be managed via a secure link sent in advance by our team. Guest registration (Online Check-in): Before arrival, it will be necessary to complete an online check-in to register all guests and sign the accommodation rules.
