Peaceful room in Sydenham

A lovely room suitable for short stays for solo travellers and couples who need a peaceful space to enjoy while visiting London. The room has a small double bed (Length: 194 cm Width: 121 cm) with a chest of drawers and access to some wardrobe space. The room is on the first floor of our family home. Guests share our family bathroom and can use our kitchen to prepare light meals. They can also access our garden with outdoor dining. The space Our house is a four bedroom, 1960s house on a quiet road in Sydenham. We have a well equipped 'galley' kitchen which guests can access at agreed times. Our garden can be accessed via our French windows in the living room. We have a downstairs toilet and a shared bathroom with shower upstairs on the first floor next to our guest bedroom. Guest access If guests use our kitchen, we ask that only light meals are prepared and that guests work around our family eating times (i.e. using the kitchen to cook before 6pm and after 8pm). while guests can share our dining table to eat, the lounge/TV area is not communal. Guests share the downstairs toilet and our bathroom with shower with our family. We invite guests to relax in our garden too! During your stay As a working family we do our best to meet our guests on arrival but may be otherwise committed.
