Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire studio villa, including private plunge pool, and garden—your own serene space to relax and unwind. In addition, there is a shared kitchenette located between the two villas (Surf Studio and Sand Studio), perfect for preparing light snacks, making coffee or tea, or slicing up some fresh fruit. While there’s no cooker or stovetop, the kitchenette includes a fridge stocked with a selection of refreshing drinks available to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Balian is a peaceful, laid-back village where life moves at a slower pace. Most cafés and restaurants close by 9 p.m.—we like to say “Balian midnight is 9 o’clock!” To keep that calm atmosphere, we kindly ask our guests to respect the quiet surroundings: no loud music, no parties, and please be mindful of our neighbors.
