Attic apartment Hunsrückponys

I offer two apartments on a small farm in my old farmhouse near Rheinböllen. The Hunsrück offers countless hiking, biking and riding opportunities on magnificent dream loops along the Moselle and the Rhine or in the Soonwald. Special conditions for hikers, fitters or even long-term rentals. Pets (horses, dogs, cats - also with care) are possible. Bedroom with box spring bed (140 cm) and workspace/desk, TV in the living room (currently only with a USB stick/media library or your own Amazon account), Wi-Fi The house has gas heating. There is also a wood-burning stove on each floor for cozy evenings in the shoulder seasons and in winter. Board games, toys and books for children and adults are available. I am also happy to lend books from my collection. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also available. Towels and linens are included. The courtyard is fenced in at a height of 150 cm (safe even for smaller dogs). There is a barbecue, seating, horse paddocks, stables, and the possibility of sleeping areas for dogs in the barn. You can reach fields and woods in just a few minutes. There are several dog waste bag stations around the village with integrated disposal options. The village community square with a children's playground, ping-pong table and bocce court can be seen from the farm. Within walking distance in the neighborhood, there is a pub that is open about three days a week, with regular pizza nights and the opportunity to watch soccer matches. There are very good shopping options in Rheinböllen (4 km) and Simmern (8 km). In Mörschbach itself, there is a small industrial area with a large Raiffeisenmarkt store, a car repair shop and other businesses. Guest access Pet (dog, cat) without care free of charge; horse according to effort and accommodation. I will be happy to provide further information about the farm and the apartments on request. Other things to note Smoking in the apartments and in the courtyard in the immediate vicinity of open windows, the stables and the animals is not allowed. Guests' dogs are welcome to be in the yard and in the outdoor areas under supervision. The droppings must be picked up and disposed of in one of the dog waste bag bins located in and around the village. Please don't throw them in the residual waste bin. I am happy to provide plenty of toilet paper, kitchen towels, coffee pods and other consumables. Replenishing these items in the event of disproportionately high consumption should be a matter of course. In the Hunsrück, the weather can change very quickly and unexpectedly. Therefore, the windows must be closed when leaving the apartments for an extended period of time. The radiators should be turned off while ventilating. Otherwise, please also use gas, water and electricity sparingly for the sake of the environment and the next guests, who also want to enjoy an affordable vacation.
