This mews house on 3 floors has stunning 180 degree views of the Vale of Glamorgan stretching as far as Exmoor. Beautifully presented with natural wood finishes and classic furniture. Large kitchen with farmhouse dining table leads onto a terrace for outside dining. The house is on the hillside of Llantrisant within a 5 min walk of the ruined castle and historic guildhall. Also within 5 minutes are beautiful walks leading to an ancient lookout post offering further views of South Wales. The space This is a three storey house with a balcony through the french doors of the ground floor living room providing 180 degree views of the Vale of Glamorgan and beyond. A convenient toilet is also located on this floor. Downstairs leads to the kitchen which has a terrace for dining through further double doors. The bedroom is on the top floor along with the bathroom which has a bath and shower. Unusually for Llantrisant, the property comes with its own driveway for one car directly outside the house. There are plenty of local amenities, including a general store and three independently owed pubs, two of which serve food. In the town centre there is a gift shop, a coffee shop and many quirky craft shops. This is a one bedroom property with a double bed, as such the maximum occupancy is 2 adults. Occupancy of more than 2 adults is not allowed. This property also does not allow children, infants and babies of any age at any time. The property is perfectly suitable for an adult couple. Guest access This is my personal home which I let out while I am away. Therefore many of my possessions still remain in the house. You are welcome to look around, read the books and enjoy the facilities but please be respectful that this is my home. A few doors will be signposted 'private', so please do not open. I hope you enjoy your stay and appreciate the stunning views. Other things to note There is private free parking to the front of the property. Three good quality local pubs are within a short walk. The New Inn & The Bear both serve food. Llantrisant offers many historic points of interest. A visit to the Castle Green and the Guildhall is a must. Quirky independent shops can be found in the town centre. The Royal Mint experience is just a 5 minute drive away.
