Charming family-run self-catering accommodation with heated swimming pool and breath-taking panoramic views. Suitable for families, couples & individuals. Pet friendly - well-behaved dogs welcome. Fully open April - October, although the gîtes are available for booking year-round. The space Charming gîte with 2 bedrooms and private garden. Downstairs there is a fully functional self-catering kitchen, equipped with gas oven, fridge with integrated freezer section, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All cutlery, crockery and glassware is provided. There is a dining table with seating for 4 guests. The living room boasts comfortable sofas, a bookcase with a variety of books and games and a TV with Sky. Each gîte has its own WiFi system. A spacious bedroom can be found on the ground floor, with two single beds, a dresser, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There is an en-suite containing a large shower, wash basin and toilet. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The en-suite has a shower, basin and toilet. To the rear, there is a private, gated garden containing a charcoal BBQ and patio with outdoor table, chairs and umbrella. The garden leads out to the parking area and wood store. Additionally, a highchair, storage heater, hoover, iron & ironing board and portable fans can be found in the store cupboard within the downstairs bedroom. Travel cots are also available upon request. There is also a washing machine in the wash room, which can be used by guests, we just ask for a small contribution in the ‘honesty jar’. All linen and towels are provided. There will also be green towels within the gîte, for use at the pool. The pool is open 9am-10pm and is heated to around 27°C. No glassware or pets are permitted within the pool area and children must be supervised at all times. Within the grounds, you will also find a games field with facilities for boules, ping-pong, football and badminton. There are also swings and a picnic table.
