The space The house is fully equipped with a refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, tableware, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioner, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, and body soap, so you can enjoy your stay just like at home. The room has 3 single beds and 3 sets of futons, allowing up to 6 guests to stay comfortably. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a house guide. It includes directions to the property, how to use the key, and instructions for appliances—so you can relax and enjoy your stay with confidence. Guest access ●The entire house is for your private use. ●To prevent disturbances to neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. ●Barbecues are prohibited after 8:00 PM. ●The outdoor water tap is not available during the winter season (approximately from December to March). ●Pets are not allowed outside the designated pet room. ※Please bring your own pet supplies. If any damages occur, a minimum charge of ¥20,000 will be applied. ●The entire property is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area with a commercial ashtray located in the parking lot. This ashtray is shared with the neighboring soba restaurant, so please be considerate of others. ●Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times. If you check out late, an additional charge of ¥2,000 per hour will apply. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the cleaning schedule. An additional charge of ¥2,000 per hour will apply. ●The parking lot can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. ※Please park your car as close as possible to the plants in front. Parking is not allowed before check-in or after check-out. ●This property is surrounded by nature. Insects may invade the property. We have insecticides available in the room, so please bear with us. Other things to note ● Check-in & Check-out Early check-in and late check-out are available for ¥2,000 per hour. Please note that this may not be available if other guests are staying before or after your reservation. ● Lost Keys In case of key loss, a fine or compensation will be charged. Please handle keys with care. ● Number of Guests Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. No additional guests are permitted. ●Pets Pets are not allowed outside the designated pet room. ※Please bring your own pet supplies. If any damages occur, a minimum charge of ¥20,000 will be applied. ● Smoking Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please also refrain from smoking in front of the building. Please use the ashtrays provided in the parking lot. If you are found smoking inside or around the property, you will be charged a separate fine. ● Room Condition If the room is found excessively dirty at check-out (e.g., spilled liquids, running water left on), an additional cleaning fee may apply. ● Shoes Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. ● No Parties Parties are not allowed inside the property. Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM. ● Trash Separation Please separate your garbage into burnable, non-burnable, recyclables, and bulky items. If you have large trash items, contact us in advance. Please do not take any items from the property outside. ● Long-term Stays (1 Month or More) For stays of one month or longer, since we do not require a deposit, you will be asked to sign a Fixed-Term Lease Agreement and an Inventory Confirmation Form (regarding repair responsibilities). ● Guest Registration In accordance with the Hotel Business Law, all guests must provide the following information: Full name Address Occupation A copy of the passport identification page (with photo) Once the above information is submitted, we will send you the House Guide, which includes: 1.Directions from the nearest station 2.
