Cabin near cliffs and Öregrund

Welcome to rent this family cottage in Roslagen's beautiful archipelago with about 15 minutes walking distance to Öregrund and only 5 minutes walking distance to nice bathing cliffs with a fantastic sunset. The cottage has two bedrooms, a shared living and dining room with fireplace, a smaller kitchen with equipment and a smaller room with a sink. Outdoor shower is on the terrace at the back and dry toilet is in the building next door. Water from own well. Large lawn with room for activities and play. The space If you rent our Smultronställe, you get a classic old family cottage with two small bedrooms with bunk beds, a small kitchen, a small room with a sink and a large common dining and living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, porcelain, glass, cutlery, pots, frying pan, ladles, etc. In the adjacent building there is a newly renovated room with a dry toilet. Water from own well and hot water inside the large cabin. On the property, there is a large lawn with space for play and activities as well as a patio on the front and back with associated outdoor furniture. Cleaning equipment is available. A high chair for the dining table is available, as well as some toys. From the property, you have a short walking distance to rocks suitable for sunbathing, swimming, fishing and picnics. We highly recommend bringing evening snacks and enjoying watching the sun set in the sea. Around the plot there are nice woodlands for those who like to walk and pick berries and mushrooms. In 15-20 minutes, you can get to Öregrund via the cliffs and the coastal road. Along the way is Tallparken's swimming area and tennis court where Öregrund's tennis week is held every year. A nice, newly built walking and cycling path into Öregrund via Hummefjärden is also available for those who prefer to cycle or walk that way. The cottage is rented on a weekly basis. Pillows and duvets are provided, but you bring your own bed linens and towels. Cleaning can be added at an extra cost, but regardless, we ask that you throw away the garbage and empty the bag from the dry toilet after you leave.
