Shear-Delight Shepherd's Hut

Welcome to our rural exclusive luxury Shepherd's hut set on our working farm with its own gravel garden area and far reaching views over the village and beyond, in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. This is a rural retreat for two, where you can be at one with nature and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space Shear-Delight offers a secluded rural retreat for two or three if you bring your own single camp bed and bedding or travel cot. It has its own gravel garden, outdoor dining and adjacent parking. It is open plan living with equipped kitchenette, dining area with a drop down bed (This is quite heavy, please ask if you need help with the bed). . Ensuite with shower, washbasin and flushing toilet and feature Charnwood log burner. Please note that one lot of wood for the fire is free and additional will be available for an additional fee. There is an outdoor grill, small bbq and Wood fired pizza oven and out door dining for warmer weather. Guest access We are a traditional working farm with free ranging chickens. For safety reasons we ask that you don't wander around the farm. I will happily show guests around, please ask. Feel free to walk down the drive and along the lane, I am afraid that we don't allow dogs on site. Other things to note Please note that there is a game shoot on the estate, also various country noises, sights and smells associated with the farm and rural living. We are exceptionally busy at lambing time and harvest, these times are slightly louder than usual.
