Beautiful Large Lake Home in Southwest MI

Our place is great for couples, families (with kids), and large non-rowdy groups, In addition to summer and fall rentals, the house can be rented for ND football weekends. It is a 40-minute drive to the stadium. If you want to be closer to ND (within a mile) check out our other listing here on AirBNB. NOTE: Fireworks are NOT to be used on our properties at anytime. Violation could result in immediate eviction. The space The house is spacious and fully equipped for your vacation! 3 bedrooms downstairs with a full bath and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The great room includes a large dining table and a large sectional couch in front of a fieldstone fireplace, and there is a large four-season sun porch with another couch and dining/game table. Walk through the French doors from the sunporch, and you are on a 900-foot deck overlooking beautiful Donnell Lake. The deck has several seating areas, including a 6-person patio table. There is a Webber gas grill for your use. Cement stairs lead down to the lakeside and fire pit.* Note: The stairs could be difficult for toddlers and/or the elderly.Note: Fireworks are NOT to be used on our property anytime. Violation could result in immediate eviction. Please also note that the home is not air-conditioned, but the first floor usually stays cool during summer. The upstairs bedrooms are warmer; however, all rooms are equipped with ceiling and/or stand fans. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire home. There is a parking area with room for 3 to 4 cars. Guests are welcome to use our 2 kayaks and water rafts/floats. On a rare rainy day enjoy the many board and card games on the sun porch. Other things to note There is a public boat launch if you want to bring your boat. There are parks nearby for hiking. If you would like to visit a larger lake then Lake Michigan's sandy beaches are only 35 miles away. Note: Fireworks are NOT to be used on our properties at anytime.
